Activities at Hancock Hall
Our Therapeutic Recreation Department is unique in that all our staff members are either certified or registered in the field of recreation therapy, art therapy, or music therapy. We meet with each Resident to tailor a therapeutic recreation-leisure plan that meets their individual needs and interests.
We adapt programs to allow the pursuit of prior interests and, in many instances, Residents will discover a passion for a new interest such as painting for the first time or joining the chorus. Innovative programs are available seven days a week to keep our Residents emotionally and physically engaged with activities of their choice that may include:
